It is my pleasure to make notice of The General Meeting in Washington, DC to select new officers for the years 2006-2008. The meeting will start with dinner at 6:00PM Friday Sept. 9^th, 2005, and conclude with lunch at 2:00PM on Saturday Sept. 10^th, 2005.

I encourage everyone’s participation by attending and making this a success.
